some LOVIN'

Here is a little Valentines fun we shared with our friends last week.
The girls get SO into decorating the house for parties. We kept busy with some fun crafts and planned a little party. The girls decorated all sorts of fun cards with stickers, glitter cutouts, papers and stamps. We decorated red velvet cupcakes with WAY too much candy and sprinkles and shared raspberry hot chocolate with heart marshmallows. Then I taught each of them a very special craft. We made fun BFF vintaj brass and crystal necklaces. They turned out so pretty! The girls planned days ahead of time what they were going to wear. I stayed out of it. They had fun upstairs planning eachothers outfits down to the hair bows. Hailey is starting to really enjoy putting things together and helping her sisters with their clothing and hair. Its fun to see them express themselves...and sometimes I have to bite my tongue!
They come up with some interesting choices! I am sure I had my Mom wondering at times when I was growing up. Especially the weird hairdos I used to sport, and some strange combos of shoes and colors! She always let me be "me" though, and I really appreciate that.
The girls didn't want the fun to end! They really appreciated that party...and we are all thankful for the love of friends and family to celebrate.
